
Prince of Wales Pub – Seasonal Menu Update
As January welcomes in the new year, it’s time for a mid-season menu refresh to warm you up and get your taste buds going.
To bring a little New Year cheer, we’ve added a few seasonal winter dishes, alongside some returning favourites that many of you have been asking for:
Roasted Ham Hock | £28
Smoked, oven-roasted ham hock knuckle, honey glazed and served with seasoned Parmentier potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a rich wholegrain mustard gravy (GF)
Chicken Tagliatelle | £16
Pan-fried chicken breast served over tagliatelle pasta in a rich, silky garlic, cream and parsley sauce, finished with bacon lardons & grated Parmesan (G or GF, D)
Loaded Potato Skins | £7
Crispy oven-baked potato skins loaded with melted cheese and smoky bacon, served with a cool sour cream & chive dip (GF, D)
Stuffed Chicken & Brie | £19
Oven-roasted chicken breast stuffed with brie and wrapped in pancetta. Served with Parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a side of tarragon & cream sauce (GF, D)
Sizzling Chicken Skewers | £18.50
Sizzling chicken skewers coated in sweet chilli sauce with mixed peppers and onions. Served with seasoned fries and salad garnish (G or GF)
BBQ Chicken Burger | £17.50
Double-stacked BBQ chicken burger with melted cheese, tomato, lettuce and red onion in a brioche bun. Served with your choice of fries or chunky chips, with red cabbage slaw and salad garnish (G or GF, D)
