For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and how your information will be handled.

Terms & Conditions:
When you book a table at the Prince of Wales – Hoath, your card details will be taken and in the event of a no-show; a charge of £20.00 per person will be taken from your card. Your card details will be held by our payment processor (Stripe) in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault.

If you cancel a booking giving 24 hours’ notice or more, no charge will be made. If you don’t arrive within 20 minutes of the time of your booking
(please telephone us if you are running late), or if you cancel giving less than 24 hours’ notice, your card will be charged £20.00 per
person.

Please specify the exact number of people (including children or babies) that will be coming to eat. You will be assigned a table based on the number of people you state.

The Prince of Wales – Hoath is a small independent pub & restaurant and we cannot always accommodate increases in table sizes, as we are often fully booked. Reserving a table that is too small for your party could mean that we will be unable to accommodate them. Please ensure all your party members are confirmed at the time of booking to avoid disappointment and in accruing additional charges.

If you make a mistake when booking, please contact us immediately to see if we can amend it. This is depending on the number of other bookings we have already taken for that date, as changes may not be
possible.

You can only book tables inside the restaurant and bar area. Currently,
we are not taking reservations for tables outside.

Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant due to food safety laws.* If you are making a booking with a dog, please select the bar area. Dogs must
be always kept on a lead.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who does not abide fully to these requirements.

* Guide and assistance dogs are always welcome
