- Seared Scallops (GF) with baby spinach, potato – parsnip puree, lemon vinaigrette, charred corn
- Duo of Duck (G) – confit duck leg bon bons, smoked duck breast, cherry & port purée
- Heritage Tomato & Pesto Tart (G) with toasted pine nuts, watercress salad, tomato & caramelised onion chutney

- Beef Wellington (G) – Fillet of beef coated with mushroom duxelles and Parma ham, wrapped in a golden puff pastry, braised red cabbage, roast potatoes, red wine reduction (£6 supplement)
- King Prawn & Mussel Linguine (G or GF) with roasted red pepper and tomato sauce, gremolata crumb, Parmesan shavings
- Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillets (GF) with dauphinoise potato, tender-stem broccoli, grilled cherry tomatoes, leek & potato velouté
- Creamy Wild Mushroom Risotto (V) topped with fresh herbs, serve with a fresh arugula salad & lemon vinaigrette dressing
