Prince of Wales – Hoath Booking Policy

Third parties: Payment Processor (Stripe), Booking Provider (OpenTable).

Data Usage

Personal data provided during booking is processed in line with our [Privacy Policy]. Card details are held securely by Stripe in a PCI-DSS compliant vault.

1. Table Bookings

• Bookings of 8 or more require card details and a £5 deposit per person.
• Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of the booking.
• If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show, deposits are retained.

2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Deposits are refundable where 24 hours’ notice or more is given.
• Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time, without prior notice, may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Please call 01227 860338 if delayed.

3. Party Size

• The booking must include the total number of guests, including children and babies.
• Seating is allocated according to party size. We may not be able to accommodate additional guests or changes made after booking.
• Understating party size may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

4. Booking Errors

• Customers must notify us immediately of any error in their booking. Amendments are subject to availability.

5. Dogs

• Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant under food safety law.
• Dogs are welcome in the Bar Area if declared at booking. They must remain on a lead and under control. Water and treats are available on request.
• Guide and assistance dogs are permitted throughout the premises.

6. Children

• Children must remain seated and supervised at all times.
• They may not order food or drink at the bar (Licensing Act 2003).
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children do not disturb other guests.

7. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service, entry, or to remove individuals not complying with these terms.
• By making a booking, you agree to these conditions.
