Prince of Wales Pub – September Technology Upgrades
This September, the Prince of Wales pub in Hoath, near Canterbury, is upgrading its IT systems to improve internet service and enhance the customer experience.
What’s changing?
- New online booking system (OpenTable): Book tables directly through our website.
- Updated till system: Staff will take orders via iPhones for faster, more accurate service.
- Gift cards: Available to purchase online or in the pub.
- Online pre-ordering: Preorder for events or large tables in advance for convenience.
These upgrades will take about a month to complete. We’re excited to bring in new technology that makes visiting the Prince of Wales even smoother and more enjoyable.
